Councillors Join Beautiful Barrow Volunteers for Community Clean-Up

Cllr Hall and Cllr Worthington joined the Beautiful Barrow litter pick

Councillors Les Hall and Roy Worthington teamed up with the fantastic Beautiful Barrow Litter Picker Volunteers this morning for a community clean-up on the Green at Lesh Lane, Barrow.

A dedicated team of 15 volunteers worked tirelessly for an hour, collecting an impressive 38 bin bags of rubbish and making a real difference to the local area.

Cllr Hall and Cllr Worthington praised the volunteers for their efforts, highlighting the importance of community action in keeping Barrow clean and tidy.

“Well done to everyone who took part—your hard work is truly appreciated!” they said.
